Repairs
If your watch requires work outside of warranty, we have a state-of-the-art repair center on premises. Our watch technicians are fully trained to repair any Swiss or Japanese watch. They specialize in Swiss made watches like Longines, Rolex, Omega, Tag, etc. Most of the repairs are done in-house on any mechanical, automatic or quartz watch. In some circumstances, if the watch is too old and limited parts are available we may have to send the watch to the manufacturer for repair.
How It Works:
1. We will give you instructions on how to send your watch to us.
2. Once we receive your watch, we will evaluate it and determine what needs to be repaired. After evaluation, we will determine how long the repair will take and provide you with a specific estimate.
3. We will not repair any watch without your prior approval.
4. Once the repair is complete, we will carefully check the watch to ensure it is operating properly before returning it to you.
